Capability
Cutting capability| Row | Method | Size | Depth | Cuts through | Typically used for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core drilling | 20–600mm dia | Through any thickness | Concrete, brick, stone | Pipes, ducts, cable runs | |
| Wall sawing | Any length | To 600mm | Reinforced concrete | Door and window openings, lift shafts | |
| Floor sawing | Any length | To 400mm | Slab, screed, asphalt | Trenches, slab openings, joints | |
| Wire sawing | Any size | Any depth | Heavily reinforced concrete | Large sections, thick bases, tight access | |
| Breaking & removal | — | — | Concrete, masonry | Plinths, staircases, slab removal |
- Diamond cutting goes through rebar — heavy reinforcement is slower, not a problem.
- Wet cutting produces slurry, not airborne dust. Dry cutting with extraction where water cannot be used.
- Larger openings are sawn, or stitch drilled where a saw will not fit.
- Diamond cutting grinds rather than hammers, so no shock goes through the rest of the structure.

What changes the job
Site conditions| Row | Condition | How it is handled |
|---|---|---|
| Occupied buildings | Sawing instead of breaking. Sections carried out rather than dropped. | |
| Out of hours | Nights and weekends where daytime noise is not acceptable. | |
| Restricted access | Basements, upper floors, lift shafts. Cut sizes matched to how they leave site. | |
| No water | Dry cutting with on-tool extraction. | |
| Live services | Cut to a set depth so what is below the slab stays intact. |
Why us
How we work| Row | Why us | What that means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Urgent jobs on site next day | Call with an urgent job and a crew can be with you the next morning. Planned work is booked around your programme. | |
| CSCS-carded operatives | Everyone who comes to your site holds a CSCS card, so they get through the gate, inducted and cutting without holding up your day. | |
| You get a price, not a day rate | Quotes are for the job in front of you, with the access and the hours already in them. No hourly meter running while someone works out how to get the kit in. | |
| The right method, not the only one we own | Core, wall saw, floor saw, wire saw or controlled removal, chosen for your substrate and access. A firm with one machine will recommend that machine. | |
| Structural work taken seriously | Anything load-bearing, heavily reinforced or near live services gets surveyed before a price is given, not discovered on the day. | |
| Nights and weekends | Out-of-hours working when daytime noise is not acceptable, and in occupied premises. Cut sizes matched to how they actually leave site, whether that is a lift, a stairwell or a doorway. | |
| Low dust, low noise | Wet diamond cutting keeps dust out of the air and is far quieter than breaking. Square edges that need little making good, slurry contained, arisings taken away and the area left clear. | |
| One point of contact | The person who quotes the job is the person you call about it. No passing you round an office. |
